1. | 西蘭花洗乾淨後切成小塊。大蒜去皮切碎。 |
2. | 炒鍋燒熱後加入橄欖油,西蘭花,大蒜和鹽用中火拌炒1分鐘。再加入高湯, 加蓋用中火煮2分鐘。 |
3. | 拌入培根渣和牛油拌勻即可。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Rinse and dry the broccoli. Cut it into small pieces. Peel and crush the garlic. |
2. | Add the olive oil, broccoli, garlic and salt into a heated wok and sauté in medium heat for 1 minute. Add the stock, cover and cook for 2 minutes. |
3. | Stir in the bacon bits and butter and mix well |
