培根西蘭花 Stir-Fried Broccoli with Bacon Bits

材料 Ingredients
西蘭花 Broccolis 1 磅 lb (450g)
特級初炸橄欖油 Extra virgin olive oil 1 大匙 Tbs
無鹽牛油 Unsalted butter 1 大匙 Tbs
大蒜 Garlic 2 粒 clove
鹽 Salt 1/2 小匙 tsp
西式雞高湯 Western Chicken stock 1/2 杯 cup
培根渣 Bacon bits 2 大匙 Tbs

註:培根渣是培根炸完油後剩下的渣渣。


做法
1.西蘭花洗乾淨後切成小塊。大蒜去皮切碎。
2.炒鍋燒熱後加入橄欖油,西蘭花,大蒜和鹽用中火拌炒1分鐘。再加入高湯, 加蓋用中火煮2分鐘。
3.拌入培根渣和牛油拌勻即可。



PROCEDURE
1.Rinse and dry the broccoli. Cut it into small pieces. Peel and crush the garlic.
2.Add the olive oil, broccoli, garlic and salt into a heated wok and sauté in medium heat for 1 minute. Add the stock, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
3.Stir in the bacon bits and butter and mix well
